By placing an order with VillaFlor Interiors, you agree to the delivery and payment terms of VillaFlor Interiors. VillaFlor Interiors reserves the right to change the terms of delivery and payment.

Prices
Listed prices are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. All prices are per piece unless otherwise stated. Price changes may occur. We accept no liability for the consequences of printing and typographical errors.

Cost and method of delivery
Handling and shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are €5.95 per package. Orders over $75 are shipped free of charge.
For orders to Germany, handling and shipping costs are €12.50 and orders over €100 are shipped for free.

Payment
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that lists the items ordered and the total amount, including shipping costs. Payment must be made in advance.

Standard delivery time is delivery within 3 working days of order. If this deadline is not possible you will be notified as soon as possible.

In the special case that an order is not available within 3 business days, a deadline of 30 days applies. If the deadline for delivery is exceeded, you have the right to dissolve the contract without cost, unless you indicate your acceptance of the announced longer delivery period.

Sight period and returns
All your purchases are subject to a 14-day trial period, unless items are specially purchased or made for you. During this period, you can return your order unused, undamaged and complete in its original packaging. If you decide to return the order, the cost of shipping is at your own expense.

You must first register the item as a return at villaflorstorerijen@gmail.com. We will confirm the return, after which you can return the item. VillaFlor Interiors reserves the right to charge a fee in the event of damage caused by you to returned items. If the item is received back in good condition, the amount of the product will be credited ASAP. If an item is delivered defective it must be reported within 3 business days to claim any warranty.
NOTE: Please make sure the package is sent with sufficient postage otherwise it will not be accepted. Damaged and used products we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Return of goods is at your own expense and risk. Refund of amounts already paid by you will be made no later than 5 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Warranty
On all new products, VillaFlor Interiors guarantees that each item meets normal requirements of soundness and serviceability and existing government regulations. We will repair defects that occur in or on items under normal use at no charge. If a complaint is justified, the shipping costs will be borne by us. VillaFlor Interiors will determine whether the warranty applies and will determine the method of repair and/or shipment. If you ship the item to be repaired or replaced, it must have packaging that does not allow for shipping damage.

No claim under the warranty may be made if the defect or wear is apparently the result of negligent maintenance, or if such wear can be considered normal. Cleaning and usage errors are not covered by the warranty. You also cannot make a warranty claim in the following cases:
– If changes have been made to or on the item (whether for repair or otherwise) by third parties.
– If overheated by central or other heating.
– When exposed to humidity, extreme heat, cold or dryness.
– For damage caused by intentional or gross negligence.
– In the event of external influences (such as lightning strikes, power outages, natural disasters, etc.).
– If you fail to give VillaFlor Interiors a timely place, opportunity or time to investigate and repair the defect.
– If you default and fail to meet your obligations.
